You can pay via PayPal or Paytrail. We accept debit and credit cards. You can also choose a pre-payment invoice. If you choose an invoice, you will receive it in your email and you can make a normal bank transfer to pay your order. 

Shipping fee

We deliver worldwide.

Shipping costs 6,90 euros all over the world. We offer free shipping for purchases with a total cost over 150 euros. 

Delivery time

We pack and ship your order in three days (mon-fri) after receiving your order. If the piece is made to order, it takes a little longer. You'll find this delivery time information in every made-to-order pieces. Thank you for allowing us to take this time! We also handcraft every piece in this shop, and that's the reason we can't ship every day.  

We only use trusted shipping companies. Shipping time varies from one day (Finland) to a couple of days (the EU) to a week (outside the EU).

Tax and customs duty

All the prices shown in our shop include value added tax 10-24% according to a Finnish law. 
Please note that there may occur taxes and customs duty in your country that you are responsible for.

Return and withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
