This piece carry powerful Käres energy.
Käres is the Finnish god(dess) of transformation. They represent strong life force energy, sexual power (kundalini, väen voima in Finnish), change and cycles of life. Their totem animal is a snake. The snake is a master of shedding old skin and renewing.
Käres is often referred to as a female, but for me they appear as androgynous. For me they can be both a male or female or something in the middle or neither of them, and it seems that it doesn’t matter. They can be many and a lot and it changes. What matters the most is the sacred union of divine feminine and divine masculine energies within. The wholeness of the universe that we all carry in us.
In this piece there are powerful red art glass beads (sexual life force energy) and also the combination of golden and red colours represent the sacred union of divine feminine and divine masculine energies.

♥︎ Glass is made of quartz which is also the main ingredient of many gemstones found in the nature. Making glass in 1200 degrees heat is an alchemical process where material changes from one form to another. In alchemy the energy also transforms. The artist Marjut Tuulia Numminen says that because of this unique process she always makes sure that she is in the right state of heart when she starts working with glass. She needs to get grounded in peace and love to ensure that right energy will be sealed in the piece.

It's good to know about the earring weight that an earring under 2g feels almost like nothing when you wear it, 4-5g earring is light to wear and is suitable for most people for everyday use. 6-7g earring is more festive and maybe not for everyday use (unless you like heavier and more showy statement earrings everyday! We love these too, but we understand that sometimes you prefer smaller and more casual style. ) 7-10g earrings may feel too heavy and those are not for all, we don't sell too heavy earrings.
